Counseling Finder has come up with this feature so the provider can create add their team member in order to manage the bookings. The provider can select an option to display staff member for selection by a user at the time of booking or if they do not want to show staff member at the time of booking then they can disable this option.

 

Add team members

Under your account menu bar, click on Team Member. This will allow you to add a team member, their photo, their phone number, and email. For offices with multiple staff, you will add your employees profile and then the new client can book an appointment, select which staff member, and connect with them directly through your profile.

 

Edit team members

If their has been a change in staff members or any editing, just click on edit where you will be able to make any additional changes.
